This is an eight-week bouldering course aimed at equipping climbers a robust physical and mental toolkit necessary for dramatically improve their climbing in the short and long term. The course is designed to accommodate and challenge both beginner and intermediate climbers (V0-V5). From mastering the fundamentals of grip and body positioning, to exploring advanced techniques and strategies for problem-solving on the wall, this curriculum is structured to provide a comprehensive climbing education.

Each two-hour session will be split into two parts. The first hour will focus on a core climbing concept accompanied by practical exercises at a few different difficulty levels. The second will have most of the students break into small groups to really embed what they’ve learned while I provide a one-on-one coaching sessions to provide individualized feedback and instruction for each student (rotating weekly).
This course is about about developing a systematic approach to learning not just how to climb, but how to improve.
