Intuitive Movement Curiosity, play and intuition can help us live our lives more aligned with our body’s energy and emotions. In this course you will be given the space and tools to start creating and/or deepening your relationship to your body. Through somatic exercises, experimental physical theater exercises, Feldenkrais, Alexander technique, Qi Gong practices, parasympathetic nervous system regulation, breathing, you will learn to take care of your body intuitively.
